1. MOQ requirments
The minimum order quantity for our standard products is 50kg, and that for customized products is 100kg. If you have any special needs, you can contact us for discussion.
2. Sample is avaliable
Yes, we can provide samples. Standard product samples are usually provided free of charge. You only need to pay for the shipping fee. A small sample fee may be charged for custom samples, depending on the customization requirements.
3. Delivery Time
The delivery cycle for standard products is usually 7 to 15 days, while that for customized products is 15 to 30 days, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.
4. Customize your size, color,logo and package
Yes, we can customize hair ties of any color based on Pantone color cards. We can also customize packaging according to your needs, including box packaging, bag packaging, card packaging, etc. Moreover, we can print your brand logo on the packaging.
5. Payment way
We accept payment methods such as T/T (telegraphic transfer), Western Union and PayPal. For new customers, we usually require a 50% advance payment and a 50% balance to be paid before shipment. Long-term cooperative customers can negotiate more flexible payment terms.
